"Service was really slow today"
The food was okay, but the service took way longer than I expected. We were just kind of sitting around waiting, and nobody really came by to explain what was going on. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole visit felt a bit off because of that.

"Not Quite What They Promise"
It’s okay for the price, I guess. The food tastes decent and the prices aren’t terrible, but they keep making it sound like you’re getting this great deal, and then the portions show up smaller than expected. I don’t hate it, but it’s frustrating when what they promise doesn’t really match what you actually get. Sometimes it feels worth it, sometimes not

"Pretty good options if you're picky"
I’m a bit of a picky eater, so I was glad there were plenty of things on the menu to choose from. I guess the sides were just okay and maybe could be a little better, but overall it was a good experience.

I got the chicken from Grandy’s i was kind of surprised by how good it was. Like, okay, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and not dry at all? That’s already a win in my book. The seasoning was just right too, flavorful without being way too salty. I kept thinking, yeah, I’d definitely order this again...

"Easy to order and the deals were actually useful"
I was checking grandys.com one afternoon because I didn’t really feel like cooking and had been thinking about comfort food all day. I ended up finding some good deals, which was nice because sometimes those online specials aren’t really that helpful. The ordering part was simple too, and I didn’t have to click through a bunch of random pages just to get to checkout. Prices seemed fair, the food was worth it, and it was just a easy experience overall. I’d definitely use it again

I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure how fast anyone would get back to me.

The manager replied way quicker than I expected and it didn’t feel like some copy pasted response. They actually listened and got it fixed without turning it into a whole thing.
Pretty happy with how it all went. Definetly makes me feel better about ordering from grandys.com again.

I’ve grabbed food from Grandy’s a few times now, it’s been consistent each time. I’m not someone who likes taking chances with spots that are hit or miss, so I appreciate that the food usually comes out hot, the portions feel fair, and the staff has been decent to deal with.

It’s not perfect, and I’ve had to wait longer than I expected once or twice, so I wouldn’t go in if I was in a huge rush. But overall, there haven’t been any big issues, and I like knowing what I’m probably getting when I go back

I ordered from grandys.com and the prices seemed fair to me. Everything these days is usually overpriced, so it was nice that nothing on my order felt ridiculous. The total came out about how I expected, which is basically all you can ask for

"Good takeout, but pickup could be clearer"
I ordered takeout from grandys and overall it was good. The chicken was hot, the sides tasted fresh, and everything in my order was correct. I did end up waiting a few extra minutes, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I was kind of expecting clearer instructions on where to go or when it would be ready. Still, the food was solid and I’d order from them again.

I ordered from here last Friday, or maybe it was Saturday, and the food showed up warm overall. The main stuff was fine, but the fries definitely could’ve been a bit hotter. Still decent, just not quite fresh-out-of-the-fryer hot

"Pretty easy online order, just a little unclear on timing"
I ordered pickup through grandys.com and it was simple. The menu was easy to browse, adding items was no hassle, and checkout went through fine without any weird issues.
The food was ready around the time they gave me, I think maybe a few minutes late, but I was also a little confused about whether the time shown was the prep time or the actual pickup time. The updates could’ve been clearer, but overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use it again

The place was mostly fine. The floors looked clean and the bathroom was decent, so that was good. But the tables were kind of sticky, and I feel like wiping those down regularly is just common sense in a place where people are eating. Not terrible, but it could definitely be better.

"Delivery was faster than expected"
I ordered from Grandy's the whole delivery went smoother than I expected. The food got here quicker than I thought it would, still warm too (which is always a relief), and the driver had no trouble finding my place.

It wasn’t anything over the top, just one of those orders that worked the way it’s supposed to. I got updates along the way (super helpful when you’re hungry), and I’d definitely order again.

"They fix it eventually, but it was slow"
I had an issue with my order and it was annoying at first trying to get someone to actually help me. I sent a few messages and it kind of felt like it was going nowhere, but in the end they do sorted it out and offered a fair solution. I’m happy it got fixed, I just wish the whole thing was faster and not so much hassle from the beginning. Not the worst experience, but not amazing either.

I got breakfast from Grandys and it was really good. The eggs tasted fresh, the biscuits was soft, and the gravy had a nice flavor without being too salty. It kinda reminded me of a regular home style breakfast, nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Coffee was decent too. I’d go back again when I need something quick and filling in the morning.
